摘要
运用面向再制造的产品设计基本概念,从介绍PY160C平地机平衡箱链传动系统入手,以对该传动系统失效机理的分析为基础,研究并提出了对其进行面向再制造的设计时,涉及的主要问题和基本的设计技术。
Beginning with introduction of the PY160C motor grader balance box chain drive system, applying basic concepts of product design for remanufacturing, on the basis of analysis of failure mechanism, the major questions and elementary design techniques are pointed out and studied in this paper, which are involved in the balance box drive design of the PY160C grader for remanufncturing.
