摘要
生态文明缘起于生态运动和"替换技术论";它是延续工业技术及其文明、建构生态主体、关注"自然-社会"生态、现实性和未来性相统一的新文明;面向生态文明的技术批判应该扬弃技术决定论传统、秉承社会决定论旨趣、实现生态文明论转向;创建生态文明的技术建构要修正既存技术,建构生态技术体系,构建生态政治,保障生态技术运行,重建"生命共性"理念,为生态技术的建构和运行提供哲学基础;要开展转向生态文明的技术哲学研究。
The Ecological civilization derives from the ecological movement and ＂the theory of replacing technology＂. It＇s a new civilization which is the unity of actuality and future, the continuation of Industrial Technology and civilization, the construction of ecological subject, the observ er of the ecology of ＂nature and society＂. To criticize the ecological civilization should sublate the doctrines of technological determinism, succeed the purports of social determinism, and actualize the shift of the ecological civilization theory. To create the construction of technology should amend the existent technologies, construct the system of ecological techniques and the ecological politics, and guarantee the operation of ecological technique, reconstruct the idea of ＂the commonness of life＂, and provide philosophical basis for the construction and operation of ecological technique. Turning to the study of technical philosophy of ecological civilization should he developed.
