摘要
激光工作物质受到泵浦源的激励和在光学谐振腔内得到振荡放大实现粒子数反转,处于亚稳态能级的粒子向低能级跃迁便产生激光。材料加工中应用的激光光源有准分子激光、固体激光、CO2激光和高功率半导体激光四类。其中高功率半导体激光器的应用开创了材料加工的新领域,其前景引人注目。
The lasing medium filled in an optical cavity is excited by a pump-resource and is oscillated and ampli' fled to make population version and transition of the particles from metastable state energy level to low energy level, as a result, the laser is formed. The lasers used for materials processing are classified as four classes such as eximer, solid-state, CO2 and high-power diode lasers, in which the high-power diode laser initiates a new field of material processing and will have broad prospect.
