轴承失效理化分析实例

摘要 轴承在实际使用中,由于种种原因,诸如结构不合理,材质差,热处理不当,存在表面缺陷,安装不当和润滑不良而导致失效。轴承的失效分析是一项涉及轴承的结构、加工工艺、安装、使用工况的系统而复杂的工作,通过二个实例说明了理化分析在轴承分析中的重要性。 Bearings in use are likely to fail due to a variety of reasons, such as unreasonable configuration, poor material, unsuitable heat treatment process, presence of surface defects, improper assembly, poor lubrication and so on. The failure analysis of bearings is a systematic and complicated work dealing with bearing configuration, processing, assembly and service condition. And in this paper, the importance of physico-chemical analysis to the failure analysis of bearings was explained by two examples.
