尸体防腐固定液的研制和动物实验研究

Study on the Preservation Fluid and Its Fixation Effect on the Carcasses of Rats and Rabbits

采用以食盐为主的尸体防腐固定液进行大白鼠、大白兔尸体防腐固定实验研究，观察其整尸及各组织、脏器的防腐与固定效果，并与采用10％福尔马林防腐固定液组对照。结果显示，两组固定效果相似，但实验组无霉变，无毒，无味。

The carcasses of rats and rabbits were fixed with preservation fluid contained salt etc, the results showed that body and tissues of liver, kidney, muscle were completely fixed as that fixed by 10% formalin, but shortly, no bad small, no molded and poisonless.
