人表皮细胞培养方法的研究

The Study of the Method of Epithelia Cells Culture

将手术中所取的薄皮，制成单细胞悬液，培养出表皮细胞膜片。这为解决严重烧伤病人皮源缺乏问题提供了一条途径，多次传代培养的表皮细胞抗原性下降或消失，又可作异体移植。

In this study we took skin tissue from surgery. The epidemis was minced and trypsinised. The cells were inculated on adher ent membrane or Sublethaly injured 3T3 cells, in culture dishes, fed with eagles s medium supplemented with fetal calf serum and various facters. The cultures were incubated at 37℃, in an atmosphere containing 3% Co2. The medium was replaced every three days. The culture became confluent in about two weeks. The culture can be used to cover wounds of burn paitents or subcultured for several times for homograft.
