目的添加合适稳定剂,以延长84消毒液临床使用时间,确保消毒效果持久稳定,使用方便。方法用碘量滴定法测定添加稳定剂与不添加稳定剂84消毒液,在临床使用过程中0、24、48、72、96h时有效氯含量的变化。用枯草杆菌芽胞测定两种消毒液定量杀灭效果。结果在含3%小牛血清白蛋白芽孢悬液中,温度20℃,同样作用45min的条件下,添加稳定剂后2%的84临床使用液,使用72h有效氯含量稳定在900mg/L以上,对枯草杆菌芽胞杀灭对数值大于5.0;不添加稳定剂的2%84消毒液临床使用液,使用过程中有效氯含量在900mg/L以上只能维持48h,对枯草杆菌芽胞杀灭对数值大于5.0。结论添加稳定剂84消毒液较不添加稳定剂84消毒液,在常规消毒使用过程中有效氯含量更为稳定,浸泡消毒效果保持不变,可延长使用至72h更换。
