宜章县0～7岁农村儿童生长发育现状及20年动态观察

Growth Development Status of Rural Children Aged 0～7 Years and 20-year Dynamic Observation in Yizhan County

目的评价宜章县0～7岁农村儿童生长发育现状和20年动态变化。方法采用纵向比较方法对宜章县1985-2005年农村儿童体格测量资料进行分析。结果2005年宜章农村0～7岁儿童体重低于和相近WHO生长参考标准,至3～4岁后又追上WHO生长参考值。身长3岁以前均略低于WHO生长参考标准。本次调查结果与1985年体格测量资料相比该县农村0～7岁各年龄儿童的体重和身高均出现增长趋势,体重、身体和体块指数(BMI)平均增长值分别是1.09kg、3.80cm和0.25kg/m2。结论宜章农村0～7岁儿童的体格生长正进入一个较快的增长趋势。

Objective To evaluate the growth development status of rural children aged 0--7 years, and to observe the dynamic changes in 20 years in Yizhan County. Method Health check - up data of rural children in Yizhan County from t985 to 2005 were analyzed by using longitudinal comparison. Results Weight of 0--7 year - old children was lower than WHO standard （1997） in 2005. However. weight of 3--4 year- old children was above NOHS/WHO standard. Height of children under 3 - year - old was tower than WHO standard （1995）. The growth data showed an increasing trend in 0--7- year-old children as compared with the results obtained in 1985 in Yizhan. The average increases of the weight, body height, and body mass index （ BMI ） were 1.09kg, 3.80cm, and 0.25kg/m^2 respectively. Conclusion Children aged between 0 and 7 years have a positive secular change in Yizhan since 1985..
