信必可与普米克联合奥克斯都保治疗哮喘患者依从性分析

Compliance Investigation of Inhalation Symbicort Turbuhaler and Pulmicort Turbuhaler plus Oxis Turbuhaler via Separate Inhalers in Treatment of Asthma

目的比较分析信必可与普米克联合奥克斯都保治疗哮喘患者的依从性与哮喘症状复发的关系。方法选择门诊哮喘患者83例,其中吸入信必可都保41例和使用普米克+奥克斯都保42例,门诊复诊或电话随访进行两种治疗依从性的调查。结果信必可组完全遵从医嘱用药者21例,依从率为51.2%,不同程度的未遵从医嘱用药(依从性不佳)者20例占48.8%,两者哮喘症状复发率分别为19.1%和45.0%;普米克+奥克斯都保组完全遵从医嘱者16例,依从率为38.1%,依从性不佳者61.9%,两者哮喘症状复发率分别为18.8%和53.8%,两组内复发率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),组间复发率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论信必可都保和普米克+奥克斯都保联合用药治疗哮喘患者的依从性有差异,信必可都保治疗组依从性更好,治疗依从性不佳是哮喘症状复发、病情控制不理想的重要原因之一。

Objective To analyze the compliance of inhaling symbicort turbuhaler and pulmicort turbuhaler plus oxis tur- buhaler via separate inhalers in treatment of patients with asthma, and to study the relationship between compliance and asthma symptoms recurrence. Methods Eighty - three outpatients with asthma were divided into symbicort turbuhaler group （n = 41） and pulmicort turbuhaler plus oxis turbuhaler group （n = 42）, and the compliance of the two groups was investigated by outpatients＇ reexamination and telephone follow- up. Results The asthma outpatients＇ medication compliance rate was 51.2 % （21/41） in symbicort turbuhaler group, with the asthma symptom relapse rate of 19.1%. The asthma outpatients＇ inadequate medical compliance rate was 48.8 % （20/41） in symbicort turbuhaler group, with the asthma symptom relapse rate of 45.0 %. The asthma outpatients＇ medication corn pliance rate was 38.1% （16/42） in pulmicort turbuhaler plus oxis turbuhaler group, with the asthma symptom relapse rate of 18.8 %. The asthma outpatients＇ inadequate medical compliance rate was 61.9 % in pulmicort turbuhaler plus oxis turbuhaler group, with the asthma symptom relapse rate of 53.8 %. There were significant differences among the outpatients with good medication compliance and the outpatients with inadequate medical compliance of the two groups in the recurrence rate （P〈 0.05）, while there was no significant difference between the two groups in the recurrence rate （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions The compliance of asthma patients inhaling symbicort turbuhaler and pulmicort turbuhaler plus oxis turbuhaler via separate inhalers is different, and the compliance of symbicort group is better than that of the other group. Poor compliance of treatment is one of the important reasons to recurrence symptoms and poor control of asthma.
