摘要
目的探讨健康教育对无牙颌患者全口义齿满意度的影响。方法选择门诊52例无牙颌修复患者,实验组26例,进行健康教育,对照组26例,未进行健康教育,调查患者修复后第一个月和第三个月的全口义齿满意度。结果两组患者第3个月与第1个月满意度相比,语音、咀嚼、固位、舒适性差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组和对照组相比较,第1个月和第3个月的语音、咀嚼、舒适性差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对无牙颌患者进行健康教育可提高全口义齿的满意度。
Objective To investigate the effects of health education on patient satisfaction with complete denture therapy. Methods Fifty two edentulous outpatients were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 26) and control group (n-26). Patients in experimental group received health education. Satisfaction of complete denture was evaluated in the first and third months after prosthesis. Results Compared with the first month, the satisfaction rate of speaking, mastication, stability and comfort in the third month were significantly improved in each group ( P 〈 0.05). Compared with the control group, speaking, mastication and comfort of experimental group were significantly different in the first and third months (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Health education improves the satisfaction rate of complete denture in the edentulous patients,
