影响棉花愈伤组织诱导的几个外界因素

本试验以自育新品种百棉1号为实验材料,研究四种不同因素对棉花愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明,利用下胚轴较其它部位的诱导效果好;2,4-D是愈伤诱导的必要因素,最适浓度为0.1-0.15mg/L;继代最适时间为45d,次数以3次为最佳。

In this study, Using Baimian NO. 1 that bred by ourselves as the studying varietie. The effects of the four diffenerr facts on the induction of cotton callus were studies in the paper. The result improve, the cotton hypocotyl is better than the other on callus induction ; 2,4 - D is the important fact on callus induction, and the best concentration is 0. 1 - 0. 15mg/L; Subculture of 45 days is the best favourable, three times is the best.
