摘要
对河南科技学院校园和新乡市牧野无公害蔬菜生产基地的几种野生蔬菜的硝酸盐含量进行调查分析。结果表明:硝酸盐在野生蔬菜体内的分布规律表现为:根、茎(叶柄)>叶片;河南科技学院校园野生蔬菜的硝酸盐含量低于新乡市牧野菜区无公害蔬菜生产基地野生蔬菜的硝酸盐含量;根据沈明珠的蔬菜硝酸盐污染分级标准进行评价,野生蔬菜的硝酸盐污染程度都在三级以下,做熟了可以食用。
To investigate and analyze the content of nitrate in several wilding vegetables in campus of Henan Institute ot Sclence and Technology and Muye Non - environmental Damage Vegetable Production Base of Xinxiang City. Results show that : nitrate distributing rule in wilding vegetables is that the content of nitratein root and stem are higher than that in leaf and the content of nitrate in campus of Henan Institute of Science and Technology is lower than that in Muye Non - environmental Damage Vegetable Production Base of Xinxiang City. The degree of nitrate pollution of wilding vegetables is under three evaluated according to Shen Ming zhug classification standard of nitrate pollution of vegetables. They all are edible after cooking.
