摘要
医院消毒供应室担负着全院医疗用品回收、清洁、包装、灭菌、贮存、发放等工作，是医院工作的重要组成部分，特别是在手术器件包的管理方面直接关乎患者的生命。每次手术后，供应室将使用过的手术器械收集、洗净、分类包装，经严格灭菌消毒后再准备供给新的手术使用。整个流程中，由于缺乏足够的监控管理，时有手术器械消毒不严格、器械包超过消毒有效期、传统的记录纸污染和进入手术室造成交叉感染的事故发生。同时还存在着劳动强度大、发生事故后相关单位无法界定责任、消毒费用过高等问题，给医院的管理工作带来一定难度。由此，运用先进的技术系统，完善消毒供应室的信息化建设成为许多医院信息化建设的重要内容。
A hospital s disinfection and supply room shoulders responsibility of recovery of medical instruments,cleaning,packaging,sterilization, storage and delivery,which should be considered as an indispensible part of hospital, and directly relates to patients safety in particular management of surgery instruments.After surgical operations, the disinfection and supply room will collect these used-surgical instruments,and clean,pack them according to the classification,after sterilization, these instruments will be provided for another surgical operation.So,construction of information for disinfection and supply room by advanced technology will be an important part of hospital s informationalization.
