多囊卵巢综合征的治疗原则包括调节内分泌功能,以降低循环中雄激素水平,改善胰岛素抵抗,避免高胰岛素对心血管疾病和代谢的不良影响;对于有妊娠要求者诱导排卵,并减少妊娠期合并症,对于无妊娠要求者保护子宫内膜。应根据患者的发病特点强调个体化的治疗。

The treatment principle of polycystic ovarian syndrome consists of regulating endocrine functions, lowering androgen levels in the circulation, retarding insulin resistance, and obviating the harmful effect of hyperinsulinism on cardiovascular disease and metabolism. For patients having breeding requirement, ovulation induction and complication prevention are appropriate regimens. For those without the requirement of breeding, endometrium protection is an alternative of treatment. Individualized therapy is preferred according to different conditions of patients.
