替牙期骨性反颌面罩前方牵引正畸效果观察

Treatment effect of maxillary facemask traction on skeletal crossbite patients of mixed dentition period

目的探讨替牙期骨性反颌面罩前方牵引的效果与要领：方法选择替牙期骨性反颌患者13例，应用面罩前方牵引矫治前牙反颌，正畸前后进行X射线头影测量分析。结果牵引4～9个月后，所有患者第一磨牙建立了中性关系，前牙反颌解除，前牙覆颌覆盖正常，面中凹陷的侧貌明显改善。SNA角增大2．08°，ANB角增加3．69°，Eline-U增加1．78mm，SNB角减少1．92°，Eline—L减少0．39mm，U1-SN增加3．85°。结论面罩前方牵引可有效促进上颌骨向前生长，抑制下颌骨生长，同时可使下颌骨向下向后旋转。

Objective To evaluate the treatment efficiency of maxillary facemask traction in skeletal crossbite patients during the mixed dentition period. Methods Thirteen skeletal crossbite patients in the mixed dentition period were selected. The age range of the patients was from 7.0 to 11 years. The malocclusions of the patients included anterior crossbite and underde- veloped maxilla. The eephalometric records were analyzed to assess the dentoalveolar changes before and ＇after treatment. Results SNA angle increased by 2.08°, ANB angle increased by 3.69°, SNB angle reduced by 1.92°, Eline-U increased by 1.78mm, Eline-L reduced by 0. 39mm, and U1-SN increased by 3.85°. The skeletal changes consisted of maxillary, anterior displacement and mandibular downward and backward rotation. Facial profile was improved. Conclusion Faeemask traction is effective in the correction of skeletal erossbite malocclusion in the mixed dentition and the skeletal pattern can be improved.
