三黄消痤汤联合中药外敷治疗寻常痤疮临床疗效观察

San Huang Xiao Cuo Decoction and external application of Chinese medicine for treating common acne

目的观察三黄消痤汤联合中药外敷治疗肺胃湿热型寻常痤疮的临床疗效以及对血清睾酮的影响。方法132例寻常痤疮分为两组,治疗组(74例)给予三黄消痤汤内服联合中药外敷;对照组(58例)口服美满霉素胶囊50mg/次,2次/日,维生素B620 mg/次,3次/日,均7天为1个疗程,4个疗程后比较临床疗效,同时观察用药后血清睾酮水平。结果治疗组血清睾酮水平治疗前后比较,差异有显著性意义(t=14.04,P<0.05);对照组差异无显著性意义(t=3.856,P>0.05);治疗组痊愈、显效、好转、无效分别为34例(45.95%)、17例(22.97%)、16例(21.62%)、7例(9.46%),对照组为19例(32.76%)、13例(22.41%)、12例(20.69%)、14例(24.14%),Ridit分析结果显示,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论三黄消痤汤联合中药外敷治疗肺胃湿热型痤疮能显著降低患者血清睾酮水平,治疗效果优于美满霉素。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of San Huang Xiao Cuo Decoction plus external application of Chinese medicine on damp-heat of lung and stomach type acne, as well as its effect on serum andrusol level. Methods 132 cases of common acne were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group { 74 cases ） took orally San Huang Xiao Cuo Decoction and external application of Chinese medicine; control group （58 cases） took orally Minocin （50mg per time, twice a day} and VitB6 （20mg per day, thrice a day） , 7days as a course of treatment. Clinical therapeutic effect and serum andrusol were observed after 4 courses of therapy. Results There was significant difference in the serum andrusol level before and after treatment in the treatment group （ t = 14. 04, P 〈 O. 05 ） , but there was no significant difference in the control group （ t = 3. 856,P 〉 0. 05）. The rates of fully recovery, good, fair, and poor effects were 34 cases（45.95% ） ,17 cases（22. 97%） ,16 cases（21.62% ） , and 7cases（9.46% ） in treatment group; whereas in control group, the corresponding rates were 19 cases （32.76% ） , 13 cases （22.41% ） , 12 cases （ 20. 69% ） , andl4 cases （ 24. 14% ）. The effect of treatment group was better than control group. Conclusion San Huang Xiao Cao Decoction can treat damp-beat of lung and stomach type acne effectively and decrease serum andrusol level sianificantlv, which is better than Minocin.
