微型涡喷发动机燃烧室设计研究 被引量:7

摘要 设计了微型环型燃烧室,并对其燃烧过程进行数值模拟,同时根据模拟结果对燃烧室进行了优化设计及二次计算.计算中入口边界参数采用等熵数值计算结果,喷雾性能参数通过试验获得,考虑了湍流化学反应、热辐射、液滴的蒸发及二次雾化等情况,计算结果可以较为准确地反映燃烧室的实际燃烧情况.对优化设计前后的模拟结果进行比较分析,结果表明优化后的燃烧室设计合理,燃料可以充分燃烧,各项性能参数基本符合设计要求,能够为燃烧室的进一步优化设计提供改进依据. A micro annular combustor was designed based on research both inland ando versea,and simulated the combustion in the annual combustor. And then, according to the simulation result, the design of combustor was optimized and re-computed. All case including chemical reaction, heat radiation, evaporating of fuel and secondary breakup of spray was comprised in numerical simulation, the boundary condition of inlet was gained through com- puting and the parameter of spray was gained through experiment. The result of computation can reflect the reality case exactly. At last,the numerical simulation result of two combustor was compared,the result indicate the optimized design is reasonable,fuel can combusted suf- ficiently in chamber and the performance parameter is satisfied the design requirement. All data can provide numerical foundation for better performance in combustion chamber.
