摘要
结合三维有限元分析技术,建立了有拧紧力矩工况下层合板接头静载损伤失效分析方法,模拟了不同尺寸类型层合板接头静载作用过程中损伤状况及内部各铺层损伤起始、发展与结构最终破坏整个累积过程,同时获得其最终破坏强度及破坏模式,并对损伤机理形式及其相互关联作用进行了分析探讨.损伤计算结果与试验试样X光进行了对比分析,结果表明,预测结果与试验结果吻合较好.
A damage failure method was developed to predict the static strength and fail ure modes of composite bolted joints along with three-dimensional finite element technique. The damage status for different types of joints, the whole process of failure initiation, propagation and catastrophic failure of the structure were also simulated. The predicted results and X-radiographs of specimens were compared. The results of experiments and simulation are very consistent, showing the successful ultimate strength simulation capability of the model.
