血栓性疾病患者FDP、SFC测定的临床意义

摘要 应用本室生产的单抗SZ-58和SZ-65建立了测定人血浆SFC或血清FDP的ELISA方法,测定30例正常人和58例脑血栓患者的SFC和FDP含量。结果SFC和FDP值正常人分别为48.5±15.gmg/L和23.0±5.4μg/L,脑血栓患者分别为74.8±23.6mg/L和78.1±11.2μg/L。两组差异皆显著(P<0.01),表明脑血栓病人的凝血和纤溶功能均有不同程度的增高。 Enzyme - linked immunosorbent assays (EUSA ) for soluble fibrin(ogen )complex (SFC ) or fibrin degradation products (FDP) in human plasma or serum were established using monoclonal antibodies SZ - 58 and SZ - 65 and the levels of SFC and FDP in 30 normal individuals and 58 patients wilh cerebral thrombosis were tested. Results showed that lhe levels of SFC and FDP in normal individuals were 48 .5 ± 15 .9ug/ml and 23 .0±1 5 .4ug/ml respectively and 74. 8 ± 23 .6ug/ml and 78. 1±11 .2ug/ml respectively in patients. These data demonstrated the elevaled levels of SFC and FDP in palients with cerebral thrombosis compared wilb the normal individuals.
