摘要
天津富民桥主桥为单塔空间索面自锚式悬索桥。主桥钢箱加劲梁采用电弧喷锌铝伪合金涂层防腐施工工艺。介绍锌铝伪合金涂层的特点,以及在本工程中的施工工艺、质量控制措施及标准、应用成果等。
The main bridge of Fumin Bridge in Tianjin is a single tower and spatial cable plane self anchored suspension bridge and the construction technology of arc sprayed zinc-aluminum pseudo-alloy coating is applied to the corrosion protection for the stiffening steel box girders of the bridge. This paper presents the characteristics of the coating, the corresponding construction technology, quality control measures and criteria as well as the results of application of the coating in the construction project of the bridge.
