钢管矫直机力能参数研究

Studies on Straightening Force of Tube Straightener

探讨了六辊2-2-2型钢管矫直机矫直力计算中存在的问题,并在此基础上建立了比较符合实际的六辊2-2-2型钢管矫直机矫直力的计算体系。利用MatLab软件编制计算出矫直机矫直力和电机容量,经过与矫直机的实际计算结果的对比,证明该计算体系的计算精度能够满足工程的要求,可对矫直机实际容量的计算起指导作用。

Discussed are certain problems related to calculation of the straightening force of the 2-2-2 type 6-roll tube straightener. As a result, a calculation methodology which is almost in the light of the actual straightening force status of the said straightener is established. With the Matlab software the straightening forces and the motor capacity are computed. Compared with the actual values of the straightener, the calculated values demonstrate that they are accurate enough to meet relevant engineering requirements, being worth applying as guide to calculation of actual capacity of the straightener.
