摘要 简要介绍了巨龙钢管有限公司采用宝山钢铁股份有限公司开发的X90和X100钢级钢板,研制JCOE直缝埋弧焊管的情况。研究了X90和X100钢级钢板的力学性能的变化、焊接性能、热影响区的软化、矩形和圆棒拉伸试样的对比试验以及不同焊接材料匹配对焊接接头性能的影响。对X90与X100钢级钢板和钢管进行了对比分析。提出了X90与X100钢级管线钢管的拉伸试验宜采用圆棒试样以及制订管线钢钢板、钢管试验段标准的建议。 Briefed in the paper is the development of the JCOE straight SAW pipe by Julong Steel Tube Co., Ltd. with the X90 and X100 steel plates as developed by Baoshan I & S Corp., Ltd., covering such activities as studying of the mechanical property variation, the weldability and the softening of the heat-affected area of the X90 and X100 steel plates, the comparative tensile test analysis between the result of the test made with a recta- ngular test piece and that of the test made with a round bar test piece, and study on influences on performance of the weld joint by different welding materials. Moreover comparative analysis is made between the X90 and X100 steel plates and the tubes made therewith. It is proposed that round bar test piece be used for tensile tests of the X90 and X100 steel linepipes, and that criteria concerning the test sections of linepipe-purpose steel plate and steel linepipe be established.
