摘要
针对钻杆直线度盲区人工检测与矫直方法存在的缺陷,提出了一种基于多位移传感器、压力矫直机以及工控机等组成的钻杆直线度盲区在线全自动检测矫直技术。对系统数学模型、结构和检测矫直算法进行了研究。实践表明,本技术效率与精度高、稳定可靠,解决了钻杆直线度盲区检测与矫直的技术难题。
Addressing the shortcomings related to the method of manual inspection and straightening of drill pipe straightness blind area, an on-line full automatic inspection and straightening technology is proposed, which is based on the multi-displacement transducer, pressure straightener and operation controller, etc. Studies are conducted to the system mathematic model and the structure and the inspection and straightening algorithm. The operation practice has proven that owing to the high efficiency and accuracy and consistency as provided by the said technology, the chronic technical difficulty concerning inspection and straightening of drill pipe straightness blind area has been tackled.
