摘要
为评价颗粒在卷烟中的应用效果,采用微波膨胀烟梗,将其制备成颗粒,并对颗粒进行应用评价试验。结果表明:颗粒可顺利通过卷烟生产线;随颗粒的外掺比例增加,混合样品单位质量所占容积增加,百支卷烟的质量呈下降趋势;糖碱比和氮碱比逐渐升高;总粒相物、水分、烟气烟碱量、焦油量、抽吸口数和CO逐渐减小,减小程度为:总粒相物〉焦油量〉CO量〉抽吸口数〉烟气烟碱量〉水分;当颗粒外掺比例为6%-15%时,不会引起感官质量、吸食风格的明显变化;当颗粒的外掺比例达20%时,感官质量有所下降,吸食风格也发生一定程度改变。
Tobacco stem was expanded by microwave and granulated, and the application of the granules to cigarette filler was experimented and evaluated. The results showed that: 1 ) the granules went smoothly through the cigarette production line ; 2) with the increase of granules inclusion, the volume weight of cigarette filler decreased, the weight per 100 cigarettes showed the same tendency, sugar/nicotine ratio and nitrogen/ nicotine ratio in the filler increased gradually, TPM (total particular matter), moisture content, nicotine, tar and CO deliveries and puff number of the cigarette decreased gradually, the extent of decrease was in the order of TPM 〉 tar 〉 CO 〉 puff number 〉 nicotine 〉 moisture content; 3 ) when the granules inclusion was in the range of 6% to 15%, the sensory quality and taste style of cigarette were not obviously affected, however, when the proportion reached 20% , sensory quality went something down and taste style was influenced to a certain extent.
