摘要
为了解决现有旋转笼法卷烟端部落丝测试仪检测效率不高和存在人为操作误差等问题,采用自动称量和计算机控制技术,研制了YDL-Ⅲ型旋转笼法卷烟端部落丝自动测量仪。该测量仪主要由旋转笼、称量单元、驱动单元和测控单元组成,只需将待测烟支试样放入旋转笼内,仪器就能自动完成卷烟端部落丝量的测量,以及测量数据的统计、分析、存储和打印等。YDL-Ⅲ型测量仪实现了旋转笼法卷烟端部落丝的自动称量,提高了检测效率,减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,消除了测量过程中的人为误差。与Borgwaldt-KC公司的E44型烟支末端掉丝检测仪进行对比试验表明,两种仪器无显著性差异,测试结果具有较好的相关性。
In view of the demerits of low efficiency and possible errors caused by manual operations associated with existing tester for determining tobacco loss from cigarette end with a rotating cylindrical cage, an automatic tester incorporated automatic weighing technology and computer control technology was developed, YDL-Ⅲ is composed of a rotating cage, a weighing unit, a driving unit, and a monitoring unit; once test cigarettes are loaded in the rotating cage, the tester can complete all the procedures automatically from weighing the tobacco loss from cigarette end to data collecting, analyzing, saving and printing. The tester features higher test efficiency, less manual operation, and higher accuracy. Comparing with E44 Tester from Borgwaldt-KC, there is no significant difference between their test results.
