超高效液相色谱法测定卷烟烟丝中的生物碱 被引量:12

摘要 以0.5%NaOH溶液和乙醇混合液(体积比1:10)作溶剂,超声萃取30min,萃取液经0.22μm滤膜过滤后,用配置TUV检测器的超高效液相色谱仪于259nm波长下测定20种烟丝样品中的可替宁、降烟碱、麦斯明、新烟草碱、烟碱。结果表明:①该法的相对标准偏差在2.07%~3.49%之间,回收率在96.5%-100.8%之间,检测限在6.33-11.92ng/g之间;②烟丝中生物碱含量高低次序为烟碱〉麦斯明〉降烟碱〉可替宁〉新烟碱。 The alkaloids in 20 cut tobacco samples were extracted with the mixture of 0.5% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution and ethanol (1: 10, v/v) under ultrasonic for 30 minutes, separately. The extracts were filtered by 0.22 μm filter membrane, then the contents of eotinine, nornicotine, myosmine, anabasine and nicotine in the filtrate liquid were determined by UPLC with TUV at 259 nm. The results indicated that: 1 ) the recoveries of the alkaloids were from 96.5% to 100.8% with RSD of 2.07% to 3.49% and the limits of detection of 6.33 toll. 92 ng/g; 2) the alkaloids in order of their concentrations in cut tobacco were nicotine 〉 myosmine 〉 nornicotine 〉 cotinine 〉 anabasine.
