打顶及施用植物生长调节剂对烟草内源激素的影响 被引量:22

摘要 采用盆栽试验,研究了打顶和施用植物生长调节剂对烟草几种内源激素的影响。结果表明,打顶能增加烟叶和烟草根系中的赤霉素(GA3)和脱落酸(ABA)的含量,明显降低吲哚乙酸(IAA)含量;打顶后施用植物生长调节剂则降低烟叶中GA3和ABA含量,明显增加烟叶和根系中IAA含量。因此,打顶引起了烟株内源激素含量的变化,打破了烟株内源激素的平衡,而打顶后施用植物生长调节剂则有利于烟株内源激素的平衡。 The effects of topping and plant growth regulator applying on endogenous hormones in tobacco were studied with pot experiment. The results showed that the contents of GA3 and ABA in tobacco leaves and roots increased and the content of IAA significantly decreased after topping; however, the contents of GAz and ABA in tobacco leaves decreased and IAA content in tobacco leaves and roots significantly increased by applying plant growth regulator after topping. Topping causes content changes of the endogenous hormones in tobacco and breaks the balance among them, while applying plant growth regulator after topping is conducive to the balance.
