摘要
分析了湖北烟区烤烟的外观质量、化学成分与感官质量状况,并与津巴布韦、云南、四川和贵州等优质烟区烤烟进行了比较。结果表明:①湖北烟区烤烟的外观质量和感官质量较好,化学成分需进一步协调,但与津巴布韦烤烟相比仍有较大差距;②湖北烤烟的外观质量和感官质量指标与贵州烤烟没有明显差异,而香气质与云南和四川烤烟的差异达到显著水平;烟碱含量显著高于云南和四川烤烟。烟叶总体质量与贵州烤烟相当,与四川和云南烤烟差距较小。
The appearance quality, chemical components and sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco from Hubei tobacco growing areas were analyzed and compared with quality flue-cured tobacco from Yunnan, Sichuan, Guizhou and Zimbabwe. The results indicated that: 1) the appearance quality and sensory quality of Hubei flue-cured tobacco were pretty good, the tobacco' s chemical harmony needed to be improved further, however, the gap between Hubei and Zimbabwe flue-cured tobacco was still large; 2) the appearance quality and sensory quality of Hubei flue-cured tobacco were not obviously different from that of Guizhou, while the aroma quality of Hubei tobacco was significantly different from that of Yunnan and Sichuan flue-cured tobacco. The nicotine content in Hubei flue-cured tobacco was significantly higher than that in Yunnan and Sichuan flue-cured tobacco. In general, the quality of Hubei flue-cured tobacco was equal to that of Guizhou flue-cured tobacco and slightly shorter than that of Sichuan and Yunnan flue-cured tobacco.
