螺旋槽干气密封微间隙流场的CFD数值模拟 被引量:27

摘要 应用Solidworks软件建立螺旋槽干气密封三维立体模型,应用Fluent前处理Gambit软件对模型划分网格,应用Fluent软件对螺旋槽干气密封特定工况下的内部微间隙三维流场进行数值模拟,得到了流场的压力分布、速度分布以及泄漏量,所得流场数据与文献中实验结果吻合较好。改变操作参数再次模拟,得到了不同参数下流场的压力分布及泄漏量,并分析了操作参数对螺旋槽干气密封的影响。 A spiral groove three-dimension model was founded using Solidworks software, the model was latticed using the pre-treatment Gambit of Fluent software, a numerical simulation was made for the internal micro-scale three-dimension flow field under a special condition of the spiral groove dry gas seals using Fluent software, the distributions of the pressure and velocity of the flow field, and leakage were obtained, the flow data derived agreed well with the experimental data in literatures. The distributions of the pressure and velocity of the flow field, and leakage under different parameters were obtained through the second numerical simulation after the operation parameters were changed, and the influence of the operation parameters on the spiral groove dry gas seals was analyzed.
