摘要
根据对活塞式泥浆泵缸套的失效分析,采用一种新型的增韧氧化铝陶瓷材料作为缸套的内衬套,并与金属缸套进行同机台运行比较。结果表明,其耐磨性能明显优于金属缸套,使用寿命也成倍增加。
A new roughness-increased aluminum oxide ceramic material was used as the lining of a ceramic cylinder sleeve based on the failure analysis of the cylinder sleeves of reciprocating sludge pumps, and a comparison was made between metal cylinder sleeves and ceramic cylinder sleeve in the same operation condition. The result shows that the ceramic cylinder sleeves are evidently wear resistant, their service life of the ceramic cylinder sleeves is much longer than that of the metal cylinder sleeves.
