液晶背光组中棱镜膜结构参数影响显示效果的模拟分析与验证 被引量:5

摘要 采用棱镜膜是提高液晶背光组正视亮度的一种有效途径。采用光路追迹模拟运算的方法,分析了影响棱镜膜拢光效果的各种结构参数及其规律,并得出如下结论:在给定加工材料(即已知折射率n)的情况下,棱高h主要影响光线出射的均匀性,顶角α主要影响出射光的亮度,而膜厚d则仅仅影响整个背光组的厚度,并利用光学软件Light Tools对其结论进行了验证。 It is an effective measure that LCD backlighting system uses microprism film to improve its axial lightness. This paper analyzed structural parameters of microprism film and their rules affecting its ability of gathering beam. It was found out that when giving the processing material (i. e. , refractive index n fixed), the deepness of the V-type slot(h), determines the uniformity of the beam, the prism angle (a) is the determinant affecting lightness,and the thickness of the film(d), only has an impact on the thickness of LCD backlighting system. The conclusions was verified by using optical Light Tools software.
