摘要
研究了将工业天然气水蒸汽重整催化剂Z118Y用于由等摩尔的甲烷和二氧化碳组成的模拟沼气的重整反应。考察了反应温度、空速、压力、还原温度及氧气含量对催化剂性能的影响。并运用BET、TG-DSC、TEM及H2-TPR对催化剂进行了表征。实验结果表明:还原温度对催化剂的活性及稳定性有很大的影响,反应气中适量添加氧气能提高甲烷转化率、一氧化碳选择性、H2/CO比、防止催化剂表面积炭并延长催化剂使用寿命。
A commercial catalyst Z118Y for natural gas reforming with steam was studied for the reforming of biogas simulated by the equimolar mixture of CH4 and CO2. The effects of reaction temperature, space velocity, pressure, reduction temperature and oxygen content on the performance of the catalyst were investigated. The catalyst was characterized with BET, TG-DSC, TEM and H2- TPR. The results showed that the activity and stability of catalyst were affected by the reduction temperature. Adding appropriate fraction of oxygen to the feed gas could increase the conversion of methane, the selection to CO and the ratio of H2 to CO, prevent the carbon deposition on the surface of catalyst and prolong the catalyst life.
