摘要
建立了甲醇合成反应器催化床的一维拟均相数学模型,模拟计算了大型甲醇合成反应器在不同循环比情况下的操作工况,考察循环比对甲醇产量、醇净值、床层压降、反应器床层热点温度、汽包蒸汽产量等的影响。结果表明,在新鲜气流量不变的情况下,单纯提高循环比不能增加甲醇产量;降低循环比,可以降低床层压降,提高醇净值;在低循环比条件下操作,催化床热点温度提高,催化床层温差增大。
The one dimensional pseudo-homogeneous mathematical models of methanol synthesis reactor were established and the performances of large scale methanol synthesis reactor under the conditions with different recycle ratios were simulated. The effects of recycle ratio on methanol yield, net value of methanol concentration, pressure drop and hotspot temperature of the reactor, and steam yield of steam drum were investigated. The results showed that higher recycle ratio can't lead to higher methanol yield when other conditions had no changes; the pressure drop of the reactor decreased and the net value of methanol concentration increased with the decrease of recycle ratio; when operating under the condition of low recycle ratio, the hotspot temperature increased and the difference between the hotspot and the outlet temperature of the reactor increased.
