溶剂对酮酐型聚酰亚胺非织造布膜的影响

摘要 介绍了分别以DMF、DMAc和NMP为溶剂合成了一定固体含量的酮酐型聚酰胺酸(PAA)溶液,经高压静电纺丝、热亚胺化之后得到酮酐型聚酰亚胺(PI)非织造布膜。用扫描电镜(SEM)表征了PI非织造布膜的微观形貌。用TGA测试了PI非织造布膜的耐热性能。分析表明以DMF为溶剂合成的PAA溶液经过静电纺丝、热亚胺化之后得到酮酐型PI非织造布膜的纤维直径最小,纤维直径在150~250nm之间,纤维间的粘连、弯曲现象最为严重。而以NMP为溶剂合成的P从溶液经过静电纺丝、热亚胺化之后得到酮酐型PI非织造布膜的热稳定性最好。 BTDA-ODA Polyamic acid (PAA) was prepared with different solvent as DMF, DMAc and NMP, The polyimide(PI) nonwovens membrane was prepared by electrospinning the PAA solution, followed by thermal imidization. PI nonwovens membrane were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analyzer, The results showed that average diameter of PI nonwovens membrane with DMF system was the thinest from 150 to 250nm, bending, twisting and adhesion phenomenon existed within the fibers after imidization. however, PI nonwovens membrane which prepared by PAA electrospun solution synthesized with NMP indicated a relatively high thermal stability.
