二苯甲酮的几种生产工艺比较 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了当前生产二苯甲酮的几种工艺操作简单、原料易得、污染少的方法,分别对这几种方法在原料选择、处理工艺、副产物、产率及对环境污染大小等方面作了比较。从而得出铁试剂法比较适合在大中型企业进行生产。低压法如果能处理好催化剂的问题,则是一种很有开发潜能的方法,值得推广。企业生产中若有大量的四氯化碳产出时,采用四氯化碳法可以很好地解决四氯化碳的出路问题,并产生良好的经济效益。NH4VO3催化法适合在实验室或有较先进仪器设备的工厂生产高纯度产品。 The synthetic methods of benzophenone are introduced in this article, these methods are simple handled, materials accessibled and less polluted. Then compared with thesemethods in different aspects such as matreial choice, disposal technics, by-products, yield, environmental pollution and so on. Iron regent catalyst method adapts to be produced in large and medium-sized enterprises. If that can handle the problem of catalyst, the tow-pressure is a potenual method that should be promoted. If a large number of carbon tetrachloride are produced in enterprises, carbon tetrachloride method can solve the problem and bring good economic returns. NH4VO3 catalyst method is fit for producing high purity products in the laboratory or more advanced equipment factory.
