蜜胺纤维发展概况与应用前景

摘要 由于三聚氰胺是一种优异的阻燃材料,因此对其成纤性和纺丝技术进行了广泛的研究。蜜胺纤维是一种用三聚氰胺与甲醛缩聚,并溶于有机溶剂中湿纺和后处理而得的新型无卤阻燃纤维,具有含氮量高、阻燃性好、高温下不产生毒烟、耐火焰燃烧性高、热稳定性好、导热率极低、无熔滴等优异特性,在石油、化工、农业、水利、建筑、电子通讯、交通运输、医药卫生、航空航天等各个领域中用途广泛而成为现代高科技领域不可缺少的化工新型材料。经过多年的研究和开发,目前在国内建设蜜胺纤维工业化生产装置的条件已基本成熟。本文介绍了蜜胺纤维的物化性能、制造工艺及应用前景,叙述了国内外蜜胺纤维研究开发的技术进展,并对蜜胺纤维在国内的发展提出了建议。 minodiacetonitrile is one kind of important organic fine chemical intermediate, it mainly uses in synthesizing the weed killer Glyphosate and has close incidence relation with the Glyphosate production and development. In addition, it also has the widespread used in domains and so on dye, rubber, chemical fertilizer, galvanization, medicine, building materials, water treatment, food processing, synthetic resin, eleetronie electric appliance. The industrialization production Iminodiaeetonitrile mainly have the two kinds of natural gas way and the petroleum way, the natural gas way present has made the breakthrough progress in the domestic research development and completed the industrialization process units for provided the high quality moderately-priced raw material to Glyphosate production,it caused the Glyphosate phosphine technique of production to have the fundamental transformation. This article brief introduction Iminodiacetonitrile's production technologies, the domestic present situation, the application domain and the market prospect, and put forward some suggestion for the domestic Iminodiacetonitrile industry's development.
