摘要
通过三峡第一条500kV输电线路工程角钢插入式科柱基础的施工,对国内首次使用的全方位高低腿角钢插入式斜柱基础的施工方法给予了全面的介绍。对施工控制数据、基础根开、对角线的计算,基础异型模板的制作,插入角钢的找正及固定;模板的找正;插入角钢的坡度及方向的控制;施工测量,浇筑过程中可能出现的问题及处理方法进行了详细的阐述。实践证明:此方法是一种较为简单且行之有效的方法。通过500kV长万线工程基础施工,为今后全方位高低腿角钢插入式斜柱基础的施工,摸索出一套较为成熟的施工经验。
The construction method for the base of inserted lean column of angle iron was a new technique applied first in China. This paper give a nouerall introduction to the application of the construction method in the first 500 KV power transmission line through the famous Three Gorges. In this paper,Controlling oontrouing data for the construction, the rectification and fixation of the inserted column,the survey in construction,some problems that may occur in the construction and their treatment are described. The construction method is proven a simple but effective method for the base of the inserted lean column of angle iron by means of the applicable example given in this paper.
