摘要
本文介绍了一种新型的数字测频方法，它可替代机械或模拟电路的频率测量方式，从而大大提高了测量精度．在设计过程中，笔者从软、硬件的配置着手，考虑了如何拓展其功能及提高工作可靠性的问题，并取得了良好的效果。
A new mathod of numeric frequency measuring is put forward in this paper, it can replace the old method with mechanical or analog circuit, and improve measuring precision greatly. In the design. Authors consided how to improve the reliability and expand its fuuction. The method gained a good result.
