摘要
本文论述了在煤气净化过程中含氧量高的危害,介绍了LGA-3100分布式半导体激光在线气体分析仪的组成及其测量原理,给出了分析仪在线测量的控制方法,系统运行可靠。
This paper discusses the harm of the high oxygen content in the process of gas purification,and introduces the composition and measuring principle of the LGA-3100 distributed on-line semiconductor laser gas analyzer, it also describes the control method of on-line measurement, this operation system is reliable.
