艾滋病流行病学调查中信度问题及常用指标

The reliability of HIV/AIDS related questionnaire surveys and estimation of commonly used indexes

目的探讨艾滋病调查问卷信度估计方法的应用。方法结合实例对调查问卷中的可靠性问题进行分析。结果外在信度测量时,在一次对青少年性行为的重复调查中,重测信度Kappa值为0.801;在一次艾滋病知识问卷调查的复本信度为0.917(P<0.01);内在信度测量时,一份艾滋病知识问卷的分半信度为0.747;在一组对艾滋病病毒感染者态度调查问卷中,克朗巴哈系数为0.808。结论各个信度指标均有一定的适用性,可应用于艾滋病调查问卷的可靠性评估。

Conclusion The reliability indexes can be applied in evaluating the reliability of HIV/AIDS related questionnaire surveys
