2006年天津市部分40岁以下青年男男性行为者艾滋病知晓率和行为学调查分析

A survey of level of AIDS related knowledge and high risk behavior among young men who have sex with men under 40 years in Tianjin in 2006

目的了解天津市部分40岁以下青年男男性行为者(Young men who have sex with men,YMSM)的艾滋病知晓率及高危行为状况,为在该人群中开展有效的性病艾滋病防治提供依据。方法在知情同意、保密的原则下,2006年对40岁以下的YMSM进行匿名问卷调查,用SPSS软件对调查结果进行统计分析。结果121名YMSM的平均年龄为24.70岁,文化程度较高。该人群艾滋病知识总知晓率为79.75%。25.62%的人自认为同性恋倾向,23.14%为异性恋。36.36%为双性恋。最近一次和最近6个月,在肛交时坚持使用安全套的比例分别为62.81%和43.80%;最近6个月有17.36%的人向男性提供过性服务,而其中有61.9%的人同时与女性发生过性行为。结论被调查的YMSM存在艾滋病传播危险因素,急需在该人群中开展性病艾滋病的知识宣传和高危行为干预,提高其安全性行为的意识和安全套使用率。

Objective To understand the level of AIDS related Knowledge and high risk behavior among young men who have sex with men（YMSM）under 40 years in Tianjin and to provide evidence for effective interventions in this population group. Methods One hundred and twenty one samples were collected from YMSM under 40 years in Tianjin in 2006. Anonymous questionnaires were administered via a face to face interview. Statistic analysis was completed with SPSS software. Results The average age of the respondents was 24.70（ 16 - 39） years. Most of the respondents had higher education（73.56% ）. The knowledge level about HIV/AIDS among them was 79.75 %, 25,62% of them identified themselves as gay, 23.14 % as heterosexual and 36.36 % as bisexual. Their risk sexual behavior was high; 43.80 % of them persistently used condom during their anal sex in the recent six months,and 62.81% used condom in the recent sexual contact;17.36% sold sex to other men in the recent six months and 61.9% had sex with females at the same time. Conclusion YMSM in Tianjin have high risk behavior and low level of HIV/AIDS related knowledge. More attention should be paid to this subpopulation for HIV/STD prevention. Individual counseling and educational interventions should be focused on increasing condom use and encouraging safe Sex behavior among them.
