胱氨酸结石是胱氨酸尿的唯一临床表现,而胱氨酸尿是一种单基因疾病。本文扼要介绍了这一疾病的病理生理、诊断和治疗,同时也回顾了一些药物疗法和外科疗法方面的新进展。
Cystine calculi are the only clinical manifestation of cystinuria which is monogenicdisease. This article describes the genetics, pathophysiology, diagnosis, and treatment of cystinuria. Advances of chemotherapeutic and surgicaloptions used to treat this disease process also are reviewed.
