省际边界小城镇整合发展策略研究--以苏皖边界小城镇为例

Strategic Study on the Integrated Development of Small Towns in Provincial Boundary Areas: Taking a Small Town in Jiangsu-Anhui Boundary Area as an Example

省际边界地区小城镇是我国小城镇中一种比较特别的类型,在推进新农村建设和区域统筹发展中肩负特殊责任。本文首先界定了省际边界地区小城镇基本概念和类型,并概括提出其基本特征,然后分析这类小城镇存在的主要问题和推进其整合发展的策略,最后结合苏皖两省乌江镇的发展和建设,对其整合策略进行实证分析研究。

Small towns in provincial boundary areas are a rather special type among China＇s small towns and are responsible to the new countryside construction and the overall regional development. First of all, this paper defines some basic conceptions and types of small towns in provincial boundary areas and summarizes basic characteristics. Then, problems existing in this kind of towns are analyzed and strategies for promoting its integrated development are suggested. In the end, this paper makes an empirical research on Wujiang town, which lies in Jiangsu- Anhui boundary area, in the aspect of integrated development strategies.
