摘要
借助GIS与空间句法技术,分析总结了1995～2003年苏州城市用地结构与句法结构变化的量化特征。通过SPSS对城市句法结构与用地结构的相关分析,发现城市功能用地结构与句法结构存在相互作用关系。正是由于建设用地拓展过快、居住用地向心集聚、工业用地离心扩展以及公建用地不足等原因,导致城市句法结构难以适应功能结构演变,从而体现为空间结构与其内在社会逻辑的错位。研究建议转变城市空间扩展模式,整合城市功能用地结构,以促进两者的协同发展。
Some quantitative feathers were concluded of Suzhou cityi-s land-use structure and syntax structure from 1995-2003 by spatial analysis of GIS and Space syntax. Some interaction is found between its land-use structure and syntax structure by correlation analysis with the help of SPSS. The rapid urban spread, the inside agglomeration of residential area, the outward spread of manuacture area and the inadequate of land use for public facilities lead to no coor- dination between land-use structure and syntax structure of the city, and the spe- cial structure lost its social logic. Some advices were come up with that model of urban development must be changed and spatial structure must be integrated in order to make them grow coordinately.
