介绍一种对小听神经瘤敏感的累加分频段ABR技术

摘要 听神经瘤的早期诊断对手术效果和术后听力的保存非常重要。目前用于筛查和诊断听神经瘤的检查方法主要有磁共振(MRI)和传统的听性脑干反应(ABR)。两种方法各有优点,但又都有一定的局限性。特别是对于较小(小于1cm)的听神经瘤,两种方法的检出效果都受到一定限制。
