自适应光学系统对弱视视网膜的观察

The observation ofamblyopic eye retina with the optic adaptive system

摘要 目的探讨自适应光学系统在弱视人眼成像的可能性,研究弱视人眼后极部视锥细胞数量的分布特征。方法选取14~28岁的单眼弱视病人11例,应用自适应光学系统进行双眼成像,成像范同包括中央凹及周围1~3度,然后用原照片进行细胞计数。结果自适应光学系统矫正前后弱视眼像差均方根值均数由0.631变为0.187,PV值均数由3.102变为1.17,差异有统计学意义;正常眼PV值由2.319变为0.649,均方根值由0.47变为0.142,差异有统计学意义;正常眼及弱视眼校正后均方根值及PV值分别比较差异有统计学意义。弱视眼0~3度视锥细胞计数分别为101670/mm^2,48190/mm^2,28520/mm^2,19520/mm^2,正常眼为93500/mm^2,48260/mm^2,26470/mm^2,19590/mm^2,配伍组双因素分析见双眼之间差异无统计学意义?结论自适应光学系统可以实现对弱视眼视网膜细胞的观察,系统对弱视眼像差的校正较正常眼为差,弱视眼后极部视锥细胞分布与正常眼相比无显著性差异。 Objective To investigate whether the optic adaptive system can take high quality photos from the retina of the amblyopic eyes and if the distribution of the cone cells in the posterior retina of the amblyopic eyes is different from that of the normal eyes.Methods 11 amblyopic patients who were 14-28 years old have been included in the study.Photos of the retina from the central fovea to the 3 degree were taken with the optic adaptive system,the quantity of cells were counted.Results ( 1 )With compensation,the RMS of the amblyopic eyes reduced from 0.631 to 0.187 and the value of PV reduced from 3.102 to 1.17. Significantly statistic difference was present (The RMS and PV represent the coarse degree of the wavefront ). The RMS of the normal eye reduced from 2.319 to 0.649 and the value of PV reduced from 0.47 to 0.142.There was also significant difference between them.The compensation of the normal eyes were significantly better than the amblyopic eyes. ( 2 )The densities of cones in the amblyopic eyes at the central fovea and 1-3 degree from it were 101670/mm^2,48190/mm^2,28520/mm^2, 19520/mm^2 respectively.The densities of the according part of the normal eyes were 93500/mm^2,48260/mm^2,26470/mm^2,19590/mm^2 respectively.There was no significantly difference between the amblyopie and the normal eyes.Conclusions In normal eyes,the wavefront error can be successfully compensated by the optic adaptive system.But the compensation of the amblyopic eyes was poor with the same technique.There was no difference in the densities and distribution of the cone cells at the posterior pole of the retina between amblyopic and normal eyes.
