摘要
目的探讨DNA修复基因XRCCI多态与食管癌遗传易感性的关系。方法采用病例-对照分子流行病学方法,分析182例食管癌病人和375例正常对照的XRCCI基因型分布,比较其不同基因型与食管癌风险的关系。结果多因素回归分析表明,XRCC1194Trp基因型与食管癌风险增高相关(校正OR1.86;95% CI 1.19~2.88),特别是重度吸烟者;XRCCI Arg399Gln基因型分布差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),因而与食管癌风险无关。结论DNA修复基因XRCCI多态与食管癌风险相关。
Objective To assess the relationship between XRCC1 polymorphism and susceptibility to esophageal squamens cell carcinoma (ESCC). Methods Genatypes were determined by PCR in 182 ESCC patients and 375 controls. The odds ratios (Ors) and 95 % confidence intervals (CIs) were caculated by using multivariate logistic regression models. Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that individuals carrying the XRCC1194Trp genotype were at an increased risk for the occurrence of ESCC (adjusted OR 1.86; 95% CI 1.19-2.88). Interaction between the polymorphism and tobacco smoking was found, there was no significant difference between control and ESCC group in Arg399Gln frequency. Conclusion Our findings indicate that the poly (AT) polymorphism in the XRCCI gene may be a genetic susceptibility factor for ESCC.
