非等速率自缩合乙烯基聚合反应的动力学模型 被引量:1

摘要 按照聚合反应动力学理论,以B*基团转化率为参数,导出了考虑到非等速率修正后的自缩合乙烯基聚合反应(SCVP)所生成的超支化聚合物的分布函数,建立了确定分布函数二次矩的微分方程组.产物的支化度可以通过A*与B*基团反应速率比(r)和A基团转化率(x)两个参数进行调整,对一个确定的x,为了得到最大的支化度,需要一个与x有关的特定r值.x值较小时,需要的r值很大,随着x的增加,需要的r值迅速变小.反应终了时,选择r=2.59可以得到一个最大的支化度0.5.
