尿素造粒塔温度应力计算方法探讨

摘要 为探讨尿素造粒塔的实际环向温度分布,对比了壳体结构在内外温差作用下温度应力的现有计算方法和《尿素造粒塔设计规范》计算方法;采用SAP 2000有限元程序对某造粒塔的温度应力进行了温差计算、理论计算和有限元分析,并与规范计算结果进行了比较。结果表明,直接使用长圆柱壳热弹理论计算的造粒塔温度应力值比实际值偏小,建议对规范计算结果进行修正。 In order to discuss the actual circumferential temperature distribution in the urea prilling tower, comparison was made for the present calculation method for the thermal stress of the shell structure under the action subjecting to the inside/outside temperature difference with the other calculating method of "Design Code of Urea Prilling Tower" ; the temperature difference calculation , theoretical calculation and finite element analysis were made for thermal stress in the prilling tower by using the SAP 2000 finite element procedure, and the comparison was also made with the calculating result from the code, the result indicates that the thermal stress value of the prilling tower, when calculated directly using the hot elastic theory of long cylindrical shell, is less than actual value, so it is proposed to correct the calculations results from code.
