摘要
简述了溴化锂制冷机组的工作原理及功能;介绍了其应用于合成氨和尿素装置的工艺流程及运行状况。应用结果表明,其可利用尿素装置的低位余热降低合成氨装置脱硫系统半水煤气的温度,达到提高压缩机打气量、降低合成氨电耗、增加氨产量的目的。
Author has briefly described the working principled and function of lithium bromide refrigerator set; has introduced its process flow and operating situation used in its synthetic ammonia and urea plants. The application result indicates that the temperature of semi-water coal gas in the de-sulfur system of ammonia synthesis plant can be reduced by using the low level waste heat of urea plant, in order to increase the discharged gas quantity of compressor, to reduce the power consume of ammonia synthesis, and to increase the ammonia production capacity.
